What it is
Find recipes by ingredient, not just by name
The book’s own index lists recipes by name. This one is built the other way round: every recipe is grouped under its prime ingredient, in alphabetical order — so if you’ve a tray of ginger or a glut of hazelnuts, you can see everything in the book that uses it without leafing through page by page.
