Common questions
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit). It installs into your own user area, so it doesn’t need an administrator password, and it runs offline once installed.
Yes. £25 once for the Predictor and £5 once for the eBook. No subscription and no renewals — bought once, yours to keep.
No. It’s a cautious risk advisor to guide your recipe decisions. For anything you sell, confirm shelf life with a real keeping trial or a laboratory aw test.
Your browser is holding the file back because the Predictor is new software — it’s safe. Open your downloads (Ctrl+J) and find ShelfLifePredictor-Setup.exe. If you only see Cancel and Delete, click the small drop-down arrow on the Delete button and choose “Keep anyway” — that option is hidden there and easy to miss. The file then becomes the proper installer you can open.
This happens because the program is new and not yet code-signed — it’s safe to install. The box only shows a Don’t run button at first — click the More info link and a Run anyway button appears. If antivirus flags it, choose Allow/Keep or add an exclusion.
Check your junk/spam folder first — new-sender emails sometimes land there. The download link also appears on screen straight after payment. Still stuck? Use the form below.
Links work for 30 days. After that, message us from the email address you bought with and we’ll send you a fresh one.
Because the download is supplied immediately, it isn’t refundable for a change of mind once sent — see the Terms. If something is genuinely faulty, contact us and we’ll put it right.
